AI systems engineered for the work they will actually do.
F Creative Studio 360 designs and builds AI systems for organisations in any country: the model path, the data it may use, and the checks that decide whether it is fit to run.
A model is not a system.
The useful work is the boundary around the model. Risk is written in the language of the NIST AI Risk Management Framework. Where an organisation wants a management system, ISO/IEC 42001 can be the map. Application risks can be read against the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications. The EU AI Act is used only when that system is actually in its scope.
F Creative Studio 360 does not issue a certificate, and does not decide the legal category of a system. Counsel does.
What the engineering covers
- The system, not a demo
- A working assistant, agent or model that sits on your data and your identity, with a way to tell when the answer is wrong.
- Data and retrieval
- Which sources the system may use, how they are kept current, and what it must not see.
- Evaluation
- A set of checks for accuracy, leakage and unsafe actions before the system is trusted with real work.
- Operations
- Who owns the system after launch, how a bad change is rolled back, and how access is removed.
How an engagement runs
The same shape works for a team in one office or a system used in several countries.
- 1
Name the job
The decision or task the system will take, the users, and what a wrong answer would cost.
- 2
Choose the model path
A model you already license, or one you host. F Creative Studio 360 does not require a named vendor.
- 3
Build against your data
Retrieval, tools and permissions are written to the systems you approve. The system does not get open access to the estate.
- 4
Hand it over with the checks
Evaluation results, the limits of the system, and the people who remain accountable. Automation of a whole process is a separate engagement.
What you receive
- A design of the system, the data it may use, and the actions it may take.
- A build of what was written into scope, on the platforms you already run.
- Evaluation results, including what the system must not be trusted to do.
- No certificate, and no claim that a regulator has accepted the system.
Common questions
How is this different from AI Automation?+
AI Engineering builds the system: the model, the data it may use, the checks, and the way it runs. AI Automation uses a system like that to take repetitive work out of a process. They can be scoped together, and they are not the same engagement.
Do we have to train our own model?+
Not usually. Many systems use a model you already have, with your data and your limits around it. Training a model is in scope only when that is the useful path, and only with data you are allowed to use.
Will you certify the system?+
No. The work can be aligned to the NIST AI Risk Management Framework or ISO/IEC 42001. Alignment is not a certificate. Where the EU AI Act applies to the system, counsel owns that reading.
Where do you do this?+
For organisations in any country. The data can stay in the region you choose. A local rule is used only when that system is actually subject to it.
Start with the job the system has to do.
F Creative Studio 360 will look at the task, the data and the risk, then say what a sensible build includes. There is no obligation to proceed.
