SOC monitoring that leaves the platform with you.
F Creative Studio 360 watches, triages and tunes the SIEM for organisations in any country. You keep the licence and the data.
A dashboard nobody reads is not a SOC.
The service attaches to the platform you already run, such as Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk or IBM QRadar. Detection language can follow MITRE ATT&CK.
F Creative Studio 360 does not take ownership of the SIEM, and does not claim a certification from watching it.
- You keep the platform
- Co-managed monitoring means the organisation keeps the SIEM licence, the infrastructure and the data. F Creative Studio 360 supplies the people who watch it.
- Triage is the work
- The value is fewer false alarms reaching the internal team. An alert that is not real is closed with a reason. An alert that is real is escalated under the path you agreed.
- Containment is a different service
- This service watches, investigates and advises. Isolating a device is managed detection and response, or incident response, and only when that action is in the contract.
- No product is required
- If a SIEM is already running, monitoring starts there. If one is not, choosing a platform is a separate scoping conversation. F Creative Studio 360 does not sell a SIEM.
What is watched
The split is simple. You own the platform and the business context. F Creative Studio 360 owns the triage for the hours in the contract.
- What is watched
- The log sources named in the engagement: endpoints, identities, cloud accounts, applications and network devices that actually send data.
- Detection content
- Use cases tuned to the business, not a default pack left untouched. A rule that never matches the environment is called out.
- Triage
- An analyst decides whether an alert is noise, a known issue, or something the client must see.
- Hunting, when in scope
- A search beyond the alerts, described with MITRE ATT&CK. It is included only when the contract says so.
- The client’s decisions
- Business context, which assets matter, and what remediation the internal team will carry out.
- A record
- What was triaged, what was escalated, and which sources were silent.
How monitoring starts
The same shape works in any country, including when log sources sit in more than one place.
- 1
Confirm the platform
Which SIEM, which log sources, and which countries the systems sit in.
- 2
Connect and tune
Health of the pipeline, parsing, and the first set of detections. No attack on the environment.
- 3
Agree escalation
Who is called, on what severity, and what F Creative Studio 360 will not do without a further instruction.
- 4
Watch
Coverage for the hours in the contract. A gap in a log source is reported, not ignored.
What you receive
- A list of sources that are actually sending data.
- Detections tuned to the environment in scope.
- Triage notes for the alerts that mattered.
- An escalation path your team has agreed.
- A gap list for sources that are silent.
Common questions
What does SOC monitoring include?+
Continuous triage of the sources in scope, tuning of detections, and escalation of what is real. Hours of cover and the reporting rhythm are in the contract. F Creative Studio 360 does not publish one response time for every client.
Do we need a SIEM already?+
Monitoring attaches to a platform you own. Examples include Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk and IBM QRadar. If you do not have one, selecting and deploying it is scoped separately. F Creative Studio 360 does not require a particular vendor.
How is this different from managed detection and response?+
SOC monitoring keeps you in control of the platform and stops at investigation and advice. Managed detection and response adds hunting as a standard part of the service and containment actions you have pre-authorised.
Where is our data processed?+
For organisations in any country. Where telemetry is stored and who can see it is agreed before monitoring starts. A residency requirement is written into the engagement when you need one.
How much does it cost?+
It depends on the platform, the volume of sources, and the hours of cover. A scoping conversation with F Creative Studio 360 is the way to get a quote. There is no obligation to proceed.
Start with the platform you already own.
F Creative Studio 360 will look at the SIEM and the sources, then say what a sensible monitoring scope includes.
